Hello everyone.
Sorry for the lack in updates & comments.
I am still at my grandmas house ... been here since Monday.
Remember that post I made about my computer being super slow? Well, hers is MUCH worse.
I've been reading my friends list everyday, just a pain in the ass to wait for the page to load if I want to comment. And to do it from my phone isnt much easier.
So hope you all understand =)

Tomorrow I will be back home and be back to commenting and update and all.
Although I also made a new account on here. So tomorrow when I get home I will be fixing it upwith layout, icons and all that pretty stuff lol.
And then of course I will post the link to it here so that whoever wants to, can join me over there.

My laptop is soooo extremely friggin slow. Ugh! I cannot stand it.
And there isnt even like a ton of crap on it that maybe that could be the reason ... cause I restored it back to factory settings to be like how it was when I first got it thinking maybe that would speed it up. But nope! So I lost all my music for no reason!!!! I saved all my pics and any graphics to photobucket so thats no biggie.
I just want it to be fast again. Its driving me insane =(

LJ has been being mean to me lately as well and taking like forever to send me an e-mail telling me about new comments I have gotten or about reply comments to me.
So rude!
So, I shall be delayed when responding to any comments. Sorry!

Tomorrow my stepdad is driving me and my sisters into Queens and we are going to spend the week at my grandmas.
Today my grandma told me jokingly to tell my mom to drive us in but then it turned serious cause my mom called her up telling her she was bringing us in.
So, tomorrow morning we are going.
One thing that sucks about that is I only have 1 clean outfit. I have no other clean clothes. Tomorrow was gonna be my laundry day.
So unfortunatly I had to pack all my clothes and wash them tomorrow when I get to my grandmas. Bleh! Such a pain.
Ohh well.

Today me and my mom went to see Twilight.
Love it! Such a good movie.
And I be lovin me some Edward Cullen. Robert Pattinson is hot!
When I would see him in magazines and stuff I didnt think he was all that good looking. His hair was messy and he always looked cocky like he was trying too hard.
But after a bunch of movie previews for the movie I thought he looked super hot in the movie. And after seeing the movie I love him as Edward Cullen.
So, he has kinda grown on me lol.
Not the first time its happened. I use to think Dave Navarro was ugly too when I first learned about him when him and Carmen Electra had that wedding show on MTV, Til Death Do Us Part ... but then I grew to love him as well.
*shrugs* It happens hehe.
But I liked the movie alot. Definitely a new fav =)

Oh and I LOVE Bella's Lullaby from the movie. I actually have the sountrack on my computer and put it on my Zune ... I listen to it on repeat when going to sleep. So pretty and relaxing.
So the last 3 nights it has been my lullaby =-P
Just wish the super hott Edward Cullen was here in my room playing it for me. Haha!!
Ah a girl could dream.

Hello.
Thanksgiving was pretty good.
Dinner was delicious! I am sooo stuffed still.

Carlos called me a little before dinner to wish me a happy Thanksgiving so I spoke with him for a bit.

I finished reading Twilight a few minutes ago.
It was sooooo good.
I am so mad I didn't bring the 2nd book "New Moon" with me.
At the end of Twilight they gave the 1st chapter for it so I read it, and of course it ended at a really good part.
UGH I totally lack in paitence!!!!!! And I have to wait till tomorrow to read it =(
Bleh.
Oh and P.S ... Bella's birthday is the same as mine. September 13th. Hehe =-P

I wont be around tomorrow, so I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving =)

Me, my parents and sisters are driving into Queens to go to my grandmas house.
She has soooo much food. I'm super excited!
So it should be fun.
We're gonna spend the night then drive back home on Friday.

My days have consisted of reading Twilight.
I started on Thursday I think, skipped Saturday and Sunday ... and I'm still almost finished.
SUCH a good book, I cannot put it down.
My mom has read all 4 books already and I wanna go with her on Saturday to see the movie, but apparantly one of my stepdads friends may be coming up to visit. So we'll see what happens. If not, we'll just go next weekend.

But thats been about all. Pretty boring around here.

Twilight High School Musical (a parody)

I actually started reading Twilight yesterday. A bit late I know.
I had no interest in reading it but a few of my friends have read the books and love them, as well as my mom who read all 4 in like 2 months haha. And they all told me I NEED to read them.
My mom had lent the 1st book out to a friend cause I was still reading Nick & Norahs Infinite Playlist at the time, and she just got the book back in the mail yesterday so I figured I'd give it a shot.
I'm up to chapter 5 and LOVING it!!!!
I cannot wait to read the rest of it and then go onto the rest of the books since my mom owns them all.
Carlos wants to borrow the 1st one when I am done so I'm gonna ask my mom if I can lend it to him when I am finished.

I also want to see the movie. My mom does as well.
Maybe next weekend I'll see if she wants to go.
I dont mind seeing the movie before I finish the book. Books usually tend to be better the the movies (I know for a fact Nick & Norahs Infinite playlist the book was WAY better then the movie lol)) so I fully intend on finishing the book either way.

So yeah.
Gonna go back now nd read some more.

Hello.

Well, the last few days I have spent trying to get auto insurance quotes. Such a pain in the ass!
When I got my license my parents agreed to pay for 1 year worth of insurance. And that ends December 7th.
Now its up to me to pay my insurance. And the insurance they had me under I cannot afford.
So I've been going crazy trying to find something cheap.
I went on Esurance.com because while at the DMV trying to transfer cars I heard a guy mention it and how cheap his quote was and how suprised he was. Well, they quoted me at $300. Are they insane?!
Other places I checked were also quite pricey.
I then go and check Progressive. I was quoted at $192 a month. Fine with me. It was the cheapest I had found. I call them up, and they friggin wanted me to pay for a whole year, flat out. Yeah, no! I'm 20 and cannot afford to shell out over $1000 all at once.
So I told the lady I'd have to get back to them.

My grandma told me to call up her insurnance guy at Allstate over in Queens where I used to live.
So I give him a call this morning, but he was busy so another guy helped me. Super nice.
And, I was quoted at $76 a month. $76!!!!!
So I was like "Oh great, I can go that! Do I pay you now?"
Lmao, so I gave him my card number and my moms work fax number so he can fax me over some papers and my receipt to sign and fax back over.
So that was friggin awesome!
$76 is quite a difference then what other places were going to charge me.
So I'm happy I got that taken care of =)

And thats pretty much all thats going on. Been boring.
About to go give Emmy a nap.

Usually I wait till like the week or 2 before Christmas and hit up the mall in a rush hoping I can get everything I need.
The negatives to that ... the holiday crowds. HATE IT! Stores are packed and usually a mess cause people throw stuff all over. People tend to also just be plain rude. They need what they need, end of story. I dont have the paitence for it.

This year, I did all my shopping online. And last week no less. Lmao. Yup, I have finished!
Advantages ... no holiday crowds. I was able to find everything I was and order it super fast. Plus I can sometimes find stuff cheaper online then in stores.
Also, I ordered in enough time for everything to get here, and if there are any problems to send it abck and still get it back in time by Christmas.
So all I have left is to go get cards and wrapping paper and gift bags. Piece of cake. That I can totally handle in stores lol.

So I am currently watching Mean Girls on ABC Family, and I saw a commercial for ABC Family's 25 Days Of Christmas.
And it starts Sunday? Thats more then 25 days.
That will only be November 16th. November 16th - December 25th is 40 days.
I dont understand. And neither does Mina cause I asked her.

I am quite excited though. I LOVE ABC Family 25 Days Of Christmas.
Their original movies are amazing ... and of course classic Christmas movies are good too.
So 40 days will just give me more time to enjoy all the movies.
I'm gonna have to clear up some space on the DVR so I can record a few =)

Katykins is a name a few people in FL started calling me. Was pretty funny how I got 1 nickname from a few people and most of who didnt know eachother lol.

Animal Kingdom ... lets see.
Its home to some 1700 animals representing 250 different species.
It has the Tree of Life which is 145ft (14 stories) and has the images of more than 300 animals hand carved into it's trunk.
The Tree of Life is also home to the 3d Show "Its Tough to be a Bug".
Its the 4th park built in the "World".
It opened April 22 1998.

I dont know if you guys remember about 2 months ago when I was asking you all for help voting for ItsBrent (Dallas crew!) from Youtube so could win a film making contest.
Well if you also remember, he won that contest and won a chance to go to LA for the AFI Youth Fest.
That trip happened November 4th and today he posted up a video from his trip, along with a thank you.

So as I mentioned last night I have started ordering Christmas presents.
$198 later, and I am almost finish.
All I have left is my grandma and Carlos. But neither of them know what they want yet.

I was going to pay my $77 phone bill but I unfortunatly dont have enough money in my account now to afford it.
Sad huh?
And I am not getting paid this week cause my mom doesnt have the money right now, so next week I'll be getting $200 instead of $100.
Being broke sucks.

But Im glad to be pretty much done shopping.
And I love onlone shopping.
I dont have to stress and worry about making sure I bought a gift for everyone now like a week before Christmas .... and I didnt have to deal with crazy holiday shoppers in the stores.
I hate holiday crowds. I dont have the paitence lol.

So yay me =)

90210 tonight was really good. Cannot wait till next week.

Hello.
So I updated about yesterday but figured I'd give an update from last weekend and from during the week.

Last weekend on Saturday we went to Chuck E Cheese along with my moms friend Traci and her daughter Emma just for a little get together thing for Graces birthday.
It was fun. They have good pizza, buffalo wings and cake there.
And Chuck E Cheese brought over her cake which was cool.
Grace started to not feel good though. Said she had a headache. And so she ate no cake.
Traci and Emma were gonna come over for a little bit so we left after cake.
Grace fell asleep for a bit in the car. Right before we turned up our block she threw up. Poor thing =(
And then she did again a few times after through out the night before going to bed.
She was fine the next day though.

My grandma came home Wednesday for Graces birthday. Still cannot believe she is 4. Its insane.
As soon as she got home, I put on Emmys shoes and we went to the DMV to register my car (incase you dont know, I kept the Ford Taurus that was my grandmas brothers).
So we got there at like 12:30 and waited for out number to be called. Filled out some paper work and then the lady wanted to see my insurance card. Well, I left the friggin thing home! It had just come in the mail 2 days before.
So we called my stepdad and asked if he could get it for me and meet us half way with it over by Graces school.
So we get that and go back and dont have to get a new number or anything cause we would told to come back to the same window.
I wait my turn and give her my insurance card, and the barcode on it wouldnt scan and it turns out it was expired.
EXPIRED?!?! It just came in the friggin mail 2 days beforehand.
So the lady gives me a fax number to the DMV and I call my mom all pissed so she calls the insurance agency all pissed and tells them to fax me over a new one.
About 15 minutes later it got there. So I paid the $64 to register and then $1 in cash to surrender my uncles plates which were on the car.
It has to be cash to surrender the plates, it couldnt just be added to my card with the $64. Stupid.

That night we had a nice dinner and then had icecream cake and Grace opened presents.
She was so cute opening her presents. She was so excited about everything lol.
So she had a good birthday.

On Wednesday, me, my grandma and Emmy went to Walmart where I bought a shirt (which needs to be returned cause it makes me look fat), nail polish and my fav hot chocolate.
Then we went to Target. At the front theres a Starbucks and a place that sells some food and Pizza Hut pizza and other stuff. So my grandma bought Emmy a hot dog and breadsticks for each of us before we left. It was good.
Then we went and brought my car to the auto repair place to have it inspeacted and so we dropped it off there and walked across the street to K-Mart.
Then half an hour later back over to pick up my car. Which was good, no problems. YAY!
That was $21. CASH. They dont take credit card for inspections. Sooo annoying. Luckily my grandma was with me and had cash cause I didnt. I only had $1 ... the other went to surrendering the plates the day before. So my grandma paid the $20 and I added the $1 lol.
Then we got to go back home. I couldnt wait.
My feet were hurting sooo bad. I wore the wrong shoes to be walking around so much lol.

I updated about Friday already.
Nothing happened yesterday. I ended up having the house to myself.
My parents and sisters were supposed to come home yesterday morning but the weather was bad so they stayed at my grandmas and came home today.
So, it was cool. Another peaceful day to myself.

Arent I just awesome at coloring?!
Lmao I'm such a kid. Or a goob as Mina called me lol.
I was bored this morning so I took a page out of my sister Emmys Tinkbell movie coloring book when we wasnt in the room.
She yelled at me for it. I thought I'd get away with telling her I didnt take it and it was mine. But she just kept yelling at me telling me it was hers and she was mad. Crazy 2 year old! Haha
I offered to give her a page from my Princess coloring book but she didnt care. She wanted hers.

I had to go to the eye doctor today to have my eyes tested.
The vision in my left eye is worse then my right eye, but I was told today that the vision in my left eye has gotten better.
WOOT for better vision! Haha
I had to have 2 sets of eye drops in my eyes. 1 to dilate my eyes and one that does something so he can see in my eye to make sure everything is ok.
I am bad with eyedrops. Esp after the first one is done, cause then I know how it feels and so I dont want it done again. So have 2 sets done sucked!
Oh man and did it burn and make my eyes sooo watery.
And then I had to have some other test where they puffed air into each eye. Not a fan of that either.
Then I had to wait 30 minutes for the drops in my eyes to do something and come back to do the test where he actually looked in my eye using some kinda light thingy.
So while waiting for 30 minutes me and my grandma went to the Hallmark store to look around.
30 minutes later my eyes still kinda burned and were very watery. Not fun.
But everything was good and I will have my new set of glasses soon. Yay =)

After that I came home and my sisters ate lunch and Emmy went to nap with my grandma and Grace came with me.

Then when we woke up we had to get the girls ready to leave.
My parents are going into Queens tonight for a going away party for a friend thats moving away and so they are driving my grandma back to her house in Queens and my sisters are gonna stay over her house for the night.
So I have the house to myself till tomorrow.
I'm looking foward to the peace and quiet. Relaxing without anyone bothering me or hearing my sisters screaming while in the other room or anything.
Should be nice.

And thats pretty much all.

My parents sleep with their door open so I try not to be rude by turning the kitchen light on.

Since last night I have read many peoples thoughts on the election turn out. From Myspace, Facebook status & peoples journals.

I cannot believe all the hate and anger and insults I have read.
The people claiming they would leave the country for 4 years.

I think 2 people on my friends list from Myspace & Facebook said it best.
"We all dealt with Bush for the last 8 years. 4 with Obama cant be that bad, so be ready to deal with it."
Bush wasn’t the best president. He screwed up a lot and there’s a big mess that needs to be fixed.
I never saw a ton of hate about him as I did today with Obama becoming president.
Why were there no threats of leaving the country when all the mess was being created and the country was down falling?
We now have a new president who hasn’t even stepped into office yet or done anything and already everyone is so ready to bash him.
At least give him a chance first.

The next status message was -
"Okay so all the people claiming that you're going to move...let me know when so I can help you pack ;]"
As if leaving is really going to help anything.
But don’t leave for 4 years and then come back.
Either you are with this country or your against it. And the way I see it, if you leave then your against it and may as well just stay out.

So leaving the country wont help this country and your not doing your job as an American to try and help this country.
We are all in this together. For better or worse. And I honestly think this time, that its for the better.
I believe in Obama. He has a lot of work cut out for him because there is ALOT that needs to be fixed. But I have faith in him.
And he himself said that it will take time.

I promise you - we as a people will get there. There will be setbacks and false starts. And about the whole leaving the country thing ... I felt the same way about the people who before the election were threatening to leave if McCain won.
So I don’t just feel that way because of the people who don’t support Obama like I do.
No matter who won, I thought it was extremely stupid.
